Tote Unloading system with Two automatic gate opening systems installed on the frame such that when a tote is placed on the vibrating table, the unload gate is opened by means of a pneumatically operated system.The system is easily reconnected by manually opening the door. A set of sensors will warn the operator if a failure occurs in the operation of the automatic gate opener. A PLC based control panel will monitor and control the operation of the double tote unloading system. The unloading operation will be controlled as follows. 1.The operator places a tote on each of the two unloading tables. 2.A sensor detects the tote present and will automatically open the gate. One gate at a time is opened starting from the right tote. 3.A bottle monitoring sensor in the receiving hopper will monitor if bottles are falling from the tote. 4.The vibrator will be actuated intermittently to assure that bottles will not remain stuck inside the tote. 5.Once the monitoring sensor sees no bottles being unloaded, the vibrator will be operated continuously for a programmable time to assure that no bottles are left in the tote. 6.The gate is automatically closed and a visual alarm is given to warn the operator to replace the empty tote with a new one. The PLC will monitor through the tote present sensor if the empty tote is removed and a full tote is placed on the vibrating table.
